Overview

Government contractors must ensure employees understand the regulatory requirements, compliance responsibilities, and operational practices that apply to their work. From timekeeping and business ethics to cost accounting and audit preparation, effective training supports employees at every level of the organization. Training needs also change as organizations grow, take on new contracts, and respond to evolving government requirements.

Redstone GCI assists government contractors by providing experienced consultants and subject matter experts as an extension of their teams. Whether managing a training program, providing additional instructional capacity, or advising an existing team, we tailor training to employee responsibilities, contract requirements, and organizational needs. Training can be delivered in person for groups or individuals, through live webinars, or through pre-recorded webinars, with customization available to address specific requirements.

As organizations grow, training needs may expand from individual courses to coordinated programs for new hires, existing employees, and specialized teams. When government contractors are ready to build internal training capacity, we can support that transition with course materials, training on documented procedures, and process guidance for incoming hires or existing team members. Our team can also address new contract requirements, audit expectations, and changes in employee responsibilities while helping maintain training continuity and reduce compliance risk.

Our goal is to help government contractors develop the knowledge and skills needed to meet their responsibilities across the contract lifecycle.
